Almost everyone has filed a claim before; few know how much work goes into resolving one.
With our background in law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and technology, we saw a better way: if claimant and defendant could adopt a collaborative attitude, and agree to be governed by a shared protocol on a shared platform, the tedium in the process could be taken away.
So Nuvalaw was born, a business that drives value for everyone involved by embedding innovative thinking in digital tools that help make the work of resolving claims more simple, more efficient, and more fun.
From the beginning, our goal has been to change the way industry resolves claims, helping build a more collaborative and profitable insurance ecosystem.
Our work in the personal injury (PI) space has shown that this goal is possible. As more industry players recognise the important and positive mind shift that underlies our offering, we foresee that our vision of single-click claim resolution will soon be a reality—not only in PI globally, but in every claim type.
